- Accomplished electrical engineer with over 40 years of experience in technology development.
- Founded, managed, and sold a high-tech business in 2000 for CA$160 million, a company that is now owned and operated by HP.
- Designed, built, and operated a 12 MW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant in New York City that captures, repurposes, and utilizes CO2 emissions.
- Early career includes roles as a systems engineer at IBM and as a consultant to Alcan and Montreal Trust.
- Earned a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and obtained his MBA in Strategic Planning from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Alan Powell, Co-Founder & COO

- Seasoned Operations Officer specializing in project planning and execution, with a notable career in the energy sector.

- Successfully built and operated a 12 MW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant in New York City  that captures, repurposes, and utilizes CO2 emissions.

- Developed several solar powered installations projects throughout eastern Ontario.

- Previous experience in technical sales support at Caterpillar and Finning Power Systems, a leading provider of power and energy systems.

- Earned a degree in Materials Engineering from McGill University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Patrick Markey, Co-Founder & CCO

- Commercial Officer with a primary focus on driving revenue and business growth.

- Extensive experience in commodity trading as owner and operator of Cles Fonctionnel, where he has traded over thirty different types of commodities ranging from metals to energy, showcasing his extensive expertise in diverse markets.

- Deep understanding of the global energy markets from over ten years of experience trading international fuels.

- Graduated from Brock University's Goodman School of Business in 2007 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business.

Robert Houle, Advisor

- Has served as a Director of the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting, chairing its national Employee Benefits Issue Group, and is a member in good standing of The Financial Advisors Association of Canada and Advocis.

Frank Mucciardi, Technology Advisor
